Sausage deliveries to the PO, Saturday the 21st of February

I will be coming back down the hill to the PO on Saturday the 21st of February with a selection of my fine sausages for the discerning customer.

As usual I will be joined by my chum Ron who has some English Groceries for you to order via his website at

The sausages I’m making this time are:

The Tasty – a typical English breakfast sausage, great for a brunch
The Traditional – sausages like they used to be with a subtle mix of herbs and a hint of nutmeg
Pyrenean Cumberland – our speciality having trained in Cumbria.
Pork and Leek – no small crumbs of leek, we use great big bits
Chilli & Coriander – a subtle flavour but with a strong heat finish

Plus two specials:
London – everyone’s favourite, with cracked black pepper, sea salt, and sage
Caramelised Onions and Red Peppers – a hint of spring?

All at 5 euros per packet for six big bangers.

Sausage meat also available for making stuffing, sausage rolls, scotch eggs…… This comes in a 500 gramme vacuum pack and also costs 5 euros.

I only use shoulder meat, sourced locally, the best cut for making sausages (no “yucky bits”), and add no fat. The sausages are made in my small manufacturing facility in the Aude, Languedoc Rousillon.
I never use frozen pork, only fresh. Sausages are ideal for the freezer.

I will be appearing at the following drop off points:

0800 – 0810 St Paul de Fenouillet, main square behind the bus stop
1015 – 1030 Prades, behind the big blue Chambre de Commerce building on the way into the town
1130 – 1145 The Domaine Treloar, Trouillas where Jon and Rachel are very kindly hosting me
Double up with a banger and fine wine Combo – I will provide free delivery to all those ordering wine from Domaine Treloar
1215 – 1245 Behind the Salle Polyvalente, St Jean Pla de Corts
1345 – 1400 Stade Gilbert Brutus, Perpignan – in front of the old entrance.
1430 – 1445 CANET PLAGE – at the College Cote Radieuse

Christmas Market, St Jean Pla de Corts, 23rd November

For my fourth year in a row, I am very happy to say that I will be at the Christmas Fair in the Salle Polyvalente in St Jean Pla de Corts.

Good afternoon

No bacon this time I’m afraid.

SPA fund raising fair at Puivert, Salle des Fetes on 18th October from 1000 to 1330

Then coming round as usual that afternoon and Sunday.

Sausage delivery to Olonzac and area, 14th of October

I will be at my usual place in Olonzac market on the morning of the 14th of October with a selection of my fine sausages and bacon for the discerning customer.

With the coming of autumn the bangers make an ideal accompaniment to Halloween parties, Bonfire events or just as as cold weather warmer with mash & onion gravy!

This time round I will be bringing:

Tasty breakfast

Traditional

Cumberland

Jalapeno

plus two specials (very limited quantities of each!!)

Apple & Stilton

Green Pepper & Shallots

All available at €5 for 6 big bangers, or for a vacuum pack of 500grammes of sausage meat.

I also have available some of my hand rubbed, dry cured, hand sliced back bacon – a rarity I know!

This is still €5 for 8 thick slices – bacon like it used to be. No shrinkage and no yucky white bits.

I would be very grateful for any orders by bedtime on Friday the 10th of October so that I can order the right amount of meat.

I will be back down in the region on THURSDAY 17th of July
with a selection of my fine sausages for the discerning customer. I have changed dates because of the bank holiday and the traffic on the weekends.

Please note that I will not be coming down to the region in August. It simply gets too hot for me to function! I therefore won’t be back until September, so if you want to stock up for the summer barbecue season, the please be reassured that everything is good to freeze.

Sausage deliveries, Ornaisons, 19th July 2014

For my sausage deliveries this month, rather than go to the Olonzac market, I am instead appearing at the Poppy Appeal Hog Roast on the 19th July at the Salle Polyvalente in Ornaisons.

This will be my last visit to the area until September (it just gets too hot for me to function in August!) so if you would like to stock up for the summer barbecue season then please get your freezers ready. My bangers are always made using the best, fresh shoulder of pork so are fine to freeze.

Everything still €5 for 6 big bangers.

Double sausage delivery to Aude/Ariege, 4th and 5th July – Stock up for Summer!!

I will be coming round the area doing my home deliveries of sausages for my discerning customers.

This will be a Double Delivery!!  I will not be coming round in August (simply because it gets too hot for me to function….), so if you would like to stock up for summer please do so.  Everything is good for freezing as I only ever use fresh shoulder meat.

For my Quillan customers I have a central drop off scheduled for 9 o’clock on Saturday morning at the Train Station.
