After my holiday back in the UK I have returned, fatter than ever (!), and after some snow based shenanigans am all ready to deliver some sausages round the Aude and Ariege areas.
This time I will be making:

Plus two specials:
caramelised onion & red pepper
Everything is available as 6 big bangers or a 500g vacuum pack of sausage meat for €5.
I’m afraid that I have no chipolatas available for the time being. I was unable to source them from my supplier.
I will be delivering to my Quillan based customers on Saturday the 14th at the train station as usual. I will be there between 0930 and 1000.
I will then try and deliver round my other customers as quickly as possible over the weekend.
