I will be at my usual place in Olonzac market on the morning of the 14th of October with a selection of my fine sausages and bacon for the discerning customer.
With the coming of autumn the bangers make an ideal accompaniment to Halloween parties, Bonfire events or just as as cold weather warmer with mash & onion gravy!
This time round I will be bringing:

All available at €5 for 6 big bangers, or for a vacuum pack of 500grammes of sausage meat.
I also have available some of my hand rubbed, dry cured, hand sliced back bacon – a rarity I know!
This is still €5 for 8 thick slices – bacon like it used to be. No shrinkage and no yucky white bits.
I would be very grateful for any orders by bedtime on Friday the 10th of October so that I can order the right amount of meat.
