Sausages to the PO, Saturday the 17th of September

I’m coming down again from my mountain top with a selection of fine sausages for you my discerning customers.

I have been having some trouble with my emails recently and would be very grateful if you would ensure that you have received an acknowledgement from me of your order by Friday the 16th of September. That way I won’t disappoint anyone on the day!

I will be making:

Tasty – a simple breakfast sausage

Traditional – a good old-fashioned 19th century, traditional seasoning with lots of English herbs and a superb blend of
ground spices including ground mace and nutmeg, creating a distinguished taste.

Cumberland

Leek

Jalapeno

Plus:

London – cracked black pepper, sea salt and sage

West Country – Apple and Cider

Everything still hand made by me. Everything still good to go in the freezer. Nowt but shoulder meat. And everything still 5 euros for 6 big bangers or for a 500 gramme pack of sausage meat.

Sausages to Olonzac, Capestang & the coast, 13/9/16

Good evening

I will be coming to your area on Tuesday the 13th of September with a selection of my fine bangers.

I will be calling at the Minervois villages early in the morning, followed by:

Olonzac Casino supermarket from 0945 – 1015 to coincide with the LFN book exchange

The villages running south of the D5 such as Roubia, Paraza and Ginestas

Capestang next to Lidls from 1130 – 1145

Marseillan and Sete from about 1300.

I will be making:

Plus:

London (cracked black pepper, salt and sage)
Roast Honey

Everything is still €5 for six big bangers or a 500 gramme vacuum pack of sausage meat.

Summer break

I am now on holiday from sausage making until September. The high summer months are quite simply too hot to make the manufacture of bangers viable because of the costs of keeping the production area cool.

Deliveries to Ornaisons, Olonzac and on to the coast, 21st and 23rd of April

I will be coming down from my hill for a couple of visits next week with a selection of my fine sausages for you my discerning customers.

Thursday the 21st of April

I will be at the LFN event at the Salle Polyvalente in Ornaisons in aid of the Poppy Appeal and also Cancer Support France. I will be there all day with a full selection of bangers to pre order or a few to buy on the day.

Saturday the 23rd of April

For those who can’t make it to the Ornaisons event I will be doing a full tour as usual to the area with the following route:

Carcassonne – the West Minervois villages – Olonzac (between 0915 and 0930 outside the Casino supermarket) – Paraza – Ventenac – Ginestas – Argeliers – Capestang (between 1100 and 1115 outside the Lidl supermarket) – Beziers – Agde – Marseillan – Sete – Narbonne – and on to Perpignan

Sausage delivery to the Aude / Ariege, Saturday the 16th of April

Time for another visit with my bangers for you my discerning customers. This will be my last round until the beginning of June. With all of the various holidays in May it is difficult to find good quality meat so I’m heading home to do some family duties in the UK. Please feel free to stock up for early BBQs.

After a number of requests I’ve started a gluten free range of bangers. Starting with a gluten free version of the tasty breakfast, I will expand the offering if there is sufficient demand. Please note that I make and store the gluten free ingredients / bangers in the same environment as the other products.

Good afternoon
I’m coming down again from my mountain top with a selection of fine sausages for you my discerning customers.
I have been having some trouble with my emails recently and would be very grateful if you would ensure that you have received an acknowledgement from me of your order by Wednesday the 30th of March. That way I won’t disappoint anyone on the day!
Please feel free to stock up for the next couple of months until my next visit – I tend to avoid working in most of May as the bank holidays mean finding top quality meat is difficult.
I have also started a new range of products, Gluten free sausages, which I will be supplying from this trip. I’m starting off with just the one flavour this time round, Tasty Breakfast, but will expand the range if there is demand. Please note that the Gluten free range is manufactured in the same environment / production facility as the other products and so some cross contamination may inadvertently occur.
I will be making:

Sausage & Bacon to the PO, Saturday the 25th of April

SAUSAGE & BACON TO THE PO, SATURDAY 25TH APRIL

I will be coming back down the hill to the PO on Saturday the 25th of April with a selection of my fine sausages for the discerning customer.

The sausages I’m making this time are:

Tasty, Traditional, Cumberland, Leek, Jalapeno, and one special, Green Pepper with Shallots

All at 5 euros per packet for six big bangers.

Sausage meat also available for making stuffing, sausage rolls, scotch eggs…… This comes in a 500 gramme vacuum pack and also costs 5 euros.

I will also have a very limited quantity of my hand rubbed, hand sliced, dry cured, matured unsmoked back bacon. Bacon how it used to be, and indeed bacon how it should be. Again, 5 euros for a packet of 8 thick slices.

I will be appearing at the following drop off points:

DELIVERY TO AUDE/ARIEGE, SATURDAY/SUNDAY 14TH/15TH MARCH

After my holiday back in the UK I have returned, fatter than ever (!), and after some snow based shenanigans am all ready to deliver some sausages round the Aude and Ariege areas.

This time I will be making:

Everything is available as 6 big bangers or a 500g vacuum pack of sausage meat for €5.

I’m afraid that I have no chipolatas available for the time being. I was unable to source them from my supplier.

I will be delivering to my Quillan based customers on Saturday the 14th at the train station as usual. I will be there between 0930 and 1000.

I will then try and deliver round my other customers as quickly as possible over the weekend.
